  3. The search

    You get curated listings that fit your criteria — plus off-market and coming-soon opportunities where I can find them.

  4. Touring homes

    We view properties together and I share honest, on-the-ground insight about each home and neighbourhood.

  5. Offer & negotiation

    I prepare a competitive offer and negotiate hard on your behalf on price, terms, and contingencies.

  6. Inspection & appraisal

    We complete due diligence — inspections, disclosures, and appraisal — and renegotiate if anything surfaces.

  7. Closing & keys

    I coordinate title, lender, and escrow through to signing, then hand you the keys to your new Tucson home.
